I promised Mom and Dad that once we got the pasta machine running, we'd let them know how it was. Here are some pictures of the creation of artichoke cannelloni recently. First, Chloe and Trey watch from the edge of the kitchen, hoping we'll drop the pasta.
Here's the mid step--I've used the pasta sheets to roll the cannelloni and there's lemon bechamel in the bottom of the dishes. Other than a bit more sauce on top and a dusting of cheese, they are ready for the oven.
We played around with the other blades once our au gratin dishes were full. Tasty!
